Ok so I have wrote bad reports before. and it now the 15th time I went to the branch and about the 10th time I called head office. My debit order still is not going of on the correct date. everytime I go to the branch or call they advised me that it is fixed. Now today it went off again on the wrong date. From my last complaint a consultant replied with the name Ruth and she advised me the problem is fixed. Sorry African Bank I have been patient enough im taking this to court.
