Harrassment

I left Standard Bank because of their high costs and attitude. I have just paid off one account to ZERO and on the otherone I am told I am in credit and dont owe them an installment. Yesterday I paid in a substantial amount into that account never the less but I still get harrassed with calls day and night. What a pathetic bank. I feel like reporting them for harrassment! Can't they look at their records and get their facts right!
