I've been getting calls from the above Standard Bank. numbers, accusing me of not paying my loan acccout which they debited 2 weeks ago. When I infomed the caller that my account is automatically debited accurately on pay-day, he said he'll check on the system, and after 5 seconds he said he apologises as the system had not been updated. I then asked how he knew that I didn't pay, then he said the system automatically generates their calls. What? after 2 - 3 weeks, the system is not updated? What is that? After this call, I've been called at least everyday, and after answering, the call is dropped. This is harrassment, and I really feel its time I left Standard Bank. What the is that all about? why am I being harrased everyday? I've always had my reservations with Standard bank, but because they are so willing to assist I've ignored these reservations. But clearly something is not right and the consultants don't know what they're talking about. Can the 'system' be fixed or rather get rid of it as you'll loose clients. Its not on, somethings got to change at Standard Bank. My 1st problem was opening a cheque account, then with Homeloans, now its a poblem with loan
