Don't expect service from Sugan Govende

I started querying points on my ebucks account sionce last year, the person that I was dealing with Nokuhula didn't bother to get back to me. I reported this on Face book and everytime reveived a message back the staff is on leave until such a point they ignored all my message.

I received a call from a very rude Sugan Govender and I asked him to ask his manager to call me as he wasn't prepared to discuss the service issues with his staff and was looking for excuses, to date no call was received from sugan's manager and this dated months back already
