Still waiting for my docs but money deducted

I have applied for the FNB funeral cover in December of 2013 and was promised my documents would be mailed to me and this did not happen. i called again and followed up and was told it would me emailed to me this time in 2 business days... im still waiting. I called again and inquired about law on call and decided to take up the offer and still no docs but my money gets deducted. please do not deduct any more money from my account until i have my documents or i will take this as high as i can
