LACK OF COMMUNICATION

Started with liberty at the beginning of January. I was enthusiast about the program got told about all the ins ans outs. Until I actually started... The prgram was delayed but was still paying for it! The website was horrible .. The lack of communication... as well when wanting to sort it out the consultant just decided not to pitch! Im very disappointed in this they put up a great presentation but could not live up to it... Iv decided to cancel the program and the consultant said it would be done .. two weeks later the consultant phones me and now its a different story and procedure! Very disgusted!
