RE: POLICY NO. 14561401 : ESTATE LATE W.E. NTLEBI

Please be advised that the above passed away on December 2011.
We made a claim together with the deceased's wife on 2012. We only get empty promises from Old Mutual, they are playing hide and seek.
Like, in December 2013 they said that the claim is in process and is in payment section but up to now nothing has been paid.
We are struggling the first born child is in tertiary and others are doing grade 12 and 10.
The deceased is my father's child. We have made several enquiries but to no avail instead they get bored and give us a very poor and bad attitude. Also the wife of the deceased and her children didnt get anything as we had made the claim together.
Every document they ask us to send we send it immediately but we are not happy about the way we are treated by Old Mutual and their employees. That causes us to suspect that there is a somewhere because we dont understand why a claim can take three years to be paid out.
