After speaking to Fatima Daniels on 6 Nov, I faxed a letter of instruction to have documents returned from safe custody. Since nothing arrived, I followed up on 8 Jan and spoke to Tyrrell who said no instruction was received. The instruction was resent 8 Jan.

On 20 Jan I phoned Tyrrell to ask about the status and he said the documents had been mailed on 14 Jan, however he did not have the tracking number when asked, and promised to phone with it later that day. He did not phone back.

I phoned him again on 22 Jan to ask for the tracking number and his excuse was he still needed to get it from the lady. This time he said mailed on 15 Jan. He phoned me back after an hour (even though he said 2 mins) and gave me the tracking number.

According to the SAPO site, it was only mailed the morning of 22 Jan. Why was I told mailed 14 and then 15 Jan instead of the truth?

Dealing with this matter has been very frustrating as the level of service has been very unprofessional throughout.
