King Price Insurance
ASAP - almost 2 months and still no car

I bought a car in Decemeber and unfortunately had an accident in the same month. I asked (a few times!!) King Price to tow my car and have it assesed. Eventually they did and subsequently released it to the wrong panelbeater (I know this because as I following up with them I found that they had no idea where my car was). I called SMD and one audit trail report later found that it was sent to the wrong panelbeater. A few fights eventually led to the car being towed to the right panelbeater. They only agreed to pay an extra week on the rental as it had reached the 30 days max by this time. Today is the 22nd of January and I still have no car and I'm footing the bill on a rental car. I'm constantly following up with the panelbeater and I get stories about how they need more time even after they promised to do everything by today. I'm really tired of this and I hope I'll get my car soon (its almost 2 months so im not holding my breath). This is totally unacceptable and I really wish I speed this up on my own but I obviously can't do that because I'm tied to the insurance. this is a liability to me because i'm incurring costs as a result of negligence. I need a miracle here..
