Exhorbitant Charges

I have bought some Travellers Cheques from Std Bank Forex Dept, Alberton

I placed an order quite in a advance, before my travelling date

till the last day, i was not given the TCs

infact till the last hour, eventually i was told to collect the TC at 5.00 pm, after banking hours

I had no choice but to go at that time, as next morning i was flying out

On top of that, i was charged nearly 5000 zar as bank charges/ commission

IT means STd bank has charged me so much for this kind of services, which was unacceptable,

I even asked Bernice, Head of Forex, to waiver the charges, she replied she will ask her superior and come back, to me

Till today no one has bothered to come back, and refund me those charges

In these tough times we find these charges extremely high, can anyonne pls assist
