Excellent customer care

Caused by the recent thunderstorm activity in late November 2013 my double garage roof ceiling was soiled with rain water and hail which resulted in one section of the ceiling to collapse and sagged to the floor.
It was required from me to contact my insurance company "Verseker" through the ATKV who is underwritten by Auto and General and the claims consultant I dealt with was a lady by the name of Ms. Stefanie Martins from Telesure Group Services in Cape Town on telephone number 021-5278782.
During the entire process starting on 20th December 2013 until the point the entire claim was concluded; I only have compliments I wish to pass onto Stefanie for the excellent service delivery and personal care she gave throughout the festive season until the point where I find it needed to express my satisfaction how she involved herself with continuous feedback in the form of telephone calls, e-mails and sms messages send to give updates on the progress made by the mentioned insurance brokers to finalize the claim.
I am proud to be associated with my insurance company "Verseker" now knowing of the superb service received.
