I have been with the company since 2010, i bought a new car and the premium i was quoted was extremely high, i begged if there was something that could be done, i even did a comparison on [URL Removed] i was quoted R1340 to insure a KIA RIO, hippos price was R790.68 when i queried this, the consultant said hippo must be wrong! eventually after phoning almost everyday, nobody getting back to me, i sent a complaint, heard nothing, i get put through to someone who reduces the premium, i was thrilled, only to find out through tracker that all they did was cancel my tracker to bring the premium down, i was not informed and would've got a shock when i got a debit order taken off from tracker, when i phoned back, i got an extremely rude woman, who raised her voice and told me there is nothing she can do, i said i am going to look for another insurer as soon as my contract is up, all she said is if thats what you want to do, what happened to loyalty and respecting your customers - i am extremely angry and disappointed, i would move now, but i will wait for my no claim bonus and then change insurers and let everyone know how unhelpful and rude auto and general is
