72hours to Loge an Claim!!!

I had an accident on the 20th of January at 8:27 2014. I called to lodge a claim.
I got put through to the MSG center at 8:30am and was told that they will get back to me today.

At 15:25 I called MiWay again to find out what is going on and was told it can take up to 72HOURS to submit a claim or get back to me!! I pay my premium on time all the time and I have to wait 72hours to LOGE an a claim!!!

I can not believe it. But here comes the catch, this is the 2nd accident I have had in 2 months, I wonder if they will keep to their word and approve this claim as they assure us while waiting 20minutes on the phone to get some one to take a message.
