I am utterly disgusted in FNB's customer service. "how can we help you"... time to change that slogan to "how can we waste your time! " It's been 2 weeks since my query was logged, a week since my first Hello Peter complaint and STILL nothing! Absolutely pathetic FNB. I shall be escalating my matter to the banking ombudsman.
