Claim not Paid

I made a pension withdrawal claim 7 weeks ago when my contract expired with the company I was working for but to date I have not received any funds but when I call them they say there was a payment to a standard bank account for a loan that I had with standard bank and are saying I should have received the funds on or just after 15.01.2013 but to date nothing has been done they only lodged a query with their admin department whn I called them on 31.01.2013 and the lady said it will take 3 days but still after 3 days I haven't heard from them so I decided to call again and the lady told me that I should wait 2 more days for their admin dept to respond as to what is holding the payment. Please sort this before end of this week because need the money to registe
