ABSA Insurance doesn't respond

Policy no 516230369. A claim (claim no 2504596) was registered for damaged carpets and other damage to the house These claims were approved and some of the work has already been done. Upon returning from holiday, we discovered that two other carpets were also damaged after the same storm (damage was only visible then as they have now dried). I have phoned ABSA insurance several times almost every working day since 6 January to add these two rooms' carpets, but to NO AVAIL. Time and time again a voice message tell you that consultants are not available or one can leave a message, which I have done - several times. I have on some occasions been successful in speaking to a consultant who then promises me that someone will call me back. I have phoned three times this morning again, and know now that Dudu is responsible for Private Bank claims, but she is also not available. Can someone please phone me sort out this claim please!
