Excellent Service

I would like to applaud Grace Ogle in the Rescue department at Outsurance for her excellent service. Yesterday at 15:00 she very quickly, politely and efficiently arranged for my vehicle to be towed in when I broke down. She phoned me back within minutes after I had phoned the incident through to give me the details of the service provider as well as the estimated time of arrival. It was also confirmed via SMS. After a few minutes she phoned to make sure that I was safe. A little later she phoned again to make sure the service provider had arrived and that everything was in order. All this took just over 30 minutes! I am very impressed with the service I got. Thank you! Claudia
