Direct must be one of the worst financial institutions on this planet.first of all the staff they employ are all incompetent and haven't got a clue how to handle clients.i am battling for 15 days to finalize my deal with them and still there's no feedback.yesterday i spoke to a team leader by the name of rene rhode and she told me to fax documents to her to speed up the process.i have done that for the 3rd time and she said she will give me feedback.a day later after i send her another email for feedback still no reply.reading all the complaints on hello peter one will think someone with authority in the company will step in obviously not.the directors of direct axis should get of there and step in.
