I have been trying to contact FNB regarding a property I am interested in buying. I tried the call centre on 16.01.14 0877301177 and I was hanging on for over 25 minutes before I decided to cut the call. I tried today 17.01.14 and was hanging on for more than 40 minutes and decided to cut the call. I urgently need some information and I cannot believe that I have to hang on for such a long time. It is ludacris!
