Horrible help and broken promises!!!

I was forced to make a claim with this horrid horrid company after almost 7 years of faithful payments and no claims my car was tampered with at a certain testing grounds in durban to the extent that my ignition was totally damaged and the car would not start i phone the call center to a women who was totally rude she began by actually laughting at me when i told her my location and asked if i was sure of where i was never did she offer a word of support she the proceeded to tell me a ridiculous amount for an excess amount before even offering assistance back home when i told her i was unwilling to pay this amount she quickly got the amount reduce slightly which leads me to think do the just give us their own quotes i refused that amount aswell and was forced to sort my car out on my own for almost 15 times less i have not till today gotten a call to inquire if i was fine or if my car was sorted!!! I feel instead of trying to get new clients with this R400 they got going they should concentrate on customer service with existing ones!!!
