Nobody can give me a straight answe

I put through an application with Ec Finance and recieved excellent help from marius and kerry i recieved all the documents signed all the documents sent all the documents and was told payout will be done today. when i call to do a follow up i was told by sonja that everything will only be done next week. now if i get an email from a manager that says the payout is going to be done today why when i call the call center do they tell me it is only going to be next week and there is nothing that can be done about it they are too busy and i just have to wait.. what kind of service is that... when you go on their website there are so many good reports about their service that you make use of their services but what i am getting is not the same thing. i have the confirmation in black and white from a manager and yet i am told it is not going to happen so who is misleading me as far as i am concerned a managers word is his bond
