Poor service - No documents for my contract

I was promised that i will receive my contract/documents immediatel by email and an sms confriming my communication etc till to date I have not recieved anything from your MFC service plan division.

I then made a follow- up call last week the call centre agent said it will take 24 hours for me to received my documents via email, I am still waiting for that email today still.

Please assist urgent!!
