Im sick and tired of you inconveniencing me

I have a debit order that goes off every friday and in December i had arranged that they should debit me twice the 1st 2weeks of December 2013 so that they dont debit the last 2weeks. That was done without hussles, BUT in January 2014 they continued with the arrangement even though we had agreed it was for December ONLY. When i phoned Nedbank, they told me it was a systems error and they will arrange for a refund. To my surprise they debited me TWICE today, yet again inconveniencing me.

Can you please sort this thing out ASAP. Im tired of calling you and you just do the opposit of the agreement.
