CANCELLED APPLICATION AFTER T/C'S EXPLAINED

I Applied for a home improvement loan, after the terms and conditions were explained I realize I will not be able to afford it and cancelled it. Money was debited from my account after I cancelled and I went to ER flooring to query they said it is a mistake from head office. Each time money was deducted form my account Mandy at ER Flooring refunded me. I eventually closed my account and re opened an other account. After a few months I got an lawyers letter to say that I owe over R30 000. This is unacceptable, I have opened a case of and I want this sorted out ASAP. You can not pay for things you have not received that is a rip of. When you call the head office they can't help you what sort of company is this. I regret the day I went there and applied did not know I was dealing with rip offs
