Despicable attitude. Refusal to pay claims

I had a burglary almost two years ago now.
Zurich disputed the loss, on as far as I am concerned totally information, as their agents know.
However be that as it may, I issued summons for the monies.
They have had their legal team pull every delaying tactic possible in the hope that I will run out of money.
They are further withholding information legally due to me, saying if I want it, although in terms of the law it has to be supplied, I must go to court and get a compelling order
That would in all likelihood cost me an additional R20 000.00 for the negligible amount due and owing.
They are despicable.
If they feel they have a genuine case, let it go to court.
If not pay the amount owing.
