CIB loves to me over!

I have never been so disgusted at the pathetic service that i have received! I phoned CIB in August 2013 to have my screen repaired. After two weeks AND them "forgetting" to mention the excess, i finally got "my" phone back. Firstly, the serial number of "my" phone miraculously changed. The screen they replaced was unbalanced and not replaced correctly. AND worst of all the INSIDE of the phone was loose. I left it, as i needed a phone, and CIB was too uselessly slow.
Then in December 2013 The phone broke once again. I sent it back to CIB, as Apple reported that it was due to bad repairs. When i demanded a new phone, i was promised one (I have proof of this by email), but once again, CIB took the cheap way out, saving themselves a buck and screwing me over, by giving me the same old broken useless phone back.

I would discourage EVERYONE to ever use CIB for insurance, as they sure as will you over and make sure you loose out.

I am horrified by this service! HORRIFIED!
