Please note that as per the above mentioned Ref No 2643269, with no success or feedback from the largest and worst commercial bank head office service I have ever come across, I have now escalated my complaint to Barclays Group in London. Further delays and non-returned calls will result in further aggravated consequences for ABSA. And I have only just started, the ball is in your court now!
