I've PAID many times over

I have an FNB credit card which i have had for many years, which is fine. What is not fine however, is the fact that you are now simply money from me. I have not used the card in more than 2 years, as firstly you have failed to ever send me a card until about 3 months ago. This is not the issue. Secondly YOU as an institution have deducted bizarrely fluctuating sums of money (repayment instalments) from my account, ranging from R200 odd to nearly R500 a pop (The gent from the call centre tried to justify this by calling 'interest' as the culprit, but i highly doubt that interest nearly doubles from month to month). And for over two years have paid timeously and never complained, but the actual amount still owing on the card seems to have decreased nominally! This is absolutely pathetic. The "apparent" interest alone is nearly as much as I paid on my car (Mazda 3)! I need some resolution, because you are just perpetuating debt spirals if this is how you treat your other account holders. Clearly you enjoy indebtedness and simply wish to keep customers there.
