Unpaid Provident Fund

Hello

I am Peterson Mfanuphindzile Dlamini and I worked for P G Mavundla Projects (Pty) LTD from July 2009 and my services were unfairly terminated in February 2011. The issue was resolved through CCMA. I tried requesting for my provident fund and I have not received a cent up to now. I was made to fill withdrawal forms and were sent to Tracy who was an Administrator at National Money Market in Durban in October 2011. The forms were sent through my previous employer. From there I never received any feedback. We were not in good terms with the employer and they are not willing to respond to my calls. I was working as an expatriate from Swaziland and I had ro relocate to Swaziland after my services were terminated. Please help me get my money
