Provident fund

I got retrenched six months a go and I still haven't received my provident fund from liberty life there excuse is from there side is that they haven't received the document from my prior employer and I should contact them
I have contacted them but I'm just being ignored I have even contacted the under writer who wrote the policy but they aren't helpful at all please help I don't know how to move forward from here.
