For about a year now, I keep on getting weekly sms's and e-mails stating that certain amounts on my account has not been approved and that I owe R1732.25. The two items making up this amount was approved, and so this is confirmed everytime I need to phone OnePlan. I have phoned multiple times and every consultant "is soooo dedicated to assist in sorting out this problem", but it keeps on occurring and I presume nobody has every tried rectifying this. I hate such incompetence! I must have sent 100 e-mails to have this issue sorted out, still nothing!
And then to make it worse, first time this year I need to use the "medical insurance", my account on the system reads suspended due to this R1732.25 which has "been sorted out" about 20 times - apparently.
So this means I probably need to phone every time and hold on forever while my account gets fixed because every time it gets placed on suspend by accident and nobody seems to be capable in rectifying this.
CAN SOMEBODY WHO CARES, SOMEBODY COMPETENT PLEASE HELP!!!???
