SBSA Card Division offers real bad service, attitude & communication. I call in to the Call Centre for 3 issues: 1) My Garage Card amount owing is debited from my Credit Card without letting me know 2) My minumum payment due on my credit card was much more than it should be 3) to change my debit order date. The consultant doesnt sound interested in assisting. She places me on hold for 15mins only to come back with no answer as to why my payment has increased, I have to wait for 7 to 14 days. I also find out that stand alone petrol cards have been done away with and debited to my credit card.
