Keys locked in Ca

I accidentally locked my car keys in my car on the 25th December 2013 while having taken my son to the casualty department at the Union Hospital in Alberton. I contacted the call centre and spoke to Phillip who wished me a merry Christmas and offered to assist me. I explained the situation to him and he told me a locksmith would be sent to assist me. It took the locksmith about an hour to get there but Phillip was in constant contact with me. Once my keys had been retrieved Phillip again called to see that everything was in order. He was helpful and friendly for someone working on Christmas Day. thanks once again for the excellent service. I have been an outsurance client for 10 years now and I will not consider moving due to the excellent customer service.
