NO COMMUNICATION AND BAD ATTITUDE ON ENQUIRY

Christa Jonker (ref: EC194550) has a pending claim with Evergreen Claims (Old Mutual) which has been submitted approx end September beginning October 2013.
She was requested to submit a divorce order before the process could be finalised which was done twice after informing that they did not receive such document, but an email confirmation with ref no was received that it was processed into the system (TWICE!!)
When you phone and enquire, the staff is rude, as was the case with Zenzi on 13/01/14 @ 11h52, who even dropped the phone in my ear!
Mrs Jonker is unemployed, completely without finances, had to go through a whole season without money, and nobody even bothered to communicate to her regardless of their promise on email correspondence and previous telecom's.
To date she has still not received her claim, sadly having a child to support, bording with people whom she cannot even pay her rent and is dependant on their kindness and assistance.
They now expect her to contact them when she has no money or airtime? I tried to assist allowing her to use my phone, and R40-00 later, she was still hanging on the line with an auto answering service and at the end - NO REPLY/ANSWER - POOR!!
