Non payment of existing policy

I had been with discovery for years and got approached by a momentum broker to move my life insurance policies over to them. And so I did. A couple of months later I unfortunately was diagnosed with cancer of the cervix and submitted my claim for income protection and dread disease. after an an agonizing 4 month wait, all the time going through chemo and radiation, I have now been informed that they will not be paying and is also now taking the opportunity to cancel my policy. Now all of a sudden I did not disclose information but they do not tell me what information I did not disclosed.. Now apparently after all this time. how convenient. Needless to say they will be reported to the cpa as well as the ombutsman. always very keen to take your money but will look for any excuse not to pay out.
