Outsurance Not Living up to R400 Quotation Advert

Good day All

As advertised Outsurance could not beat my current insurance and had to pay out R400.

So far, nothing has been paid out after I received a remittance advice. After countless calls to the call centre, and the 15 minute friendly call as advertised has ended up with me wasting hours on end trying to resolve this.

Why am I even bothering one may ask, it's not like I've earned the money.
The matter in the principle and promise that Outsurance has made to the public, give them our time and in return if not able to provide cheaper like for like vehicle insurance, they will remunerate those who they could not assist.

Perhaps many people have been paid out and congratulations to those.
Needless to say, there's no such thing as a free lunch, even though its been advertised. LOL
