Accepted FNB's offer of a Platinum Credit card because it "allowed access to the lounge at the domestic terminal". When I went to use it I was told that there has to be a R5000 spend on the card and even then it only allows 4 off peak visits to the lounge during off-peak times or 2 visits during peak hours. I also asked for the limit to be increased as I wanted to use it for business expenses. I was phoned to tell me that it had been increased but the first time I tried to use the card for business it was declined.
