TERRIBLE AND PATHETIC SERVICE FROM AFRICAN BANK

I applied for a loan 8 days ago and I've been back at the branch 6 times already, everytime with a different request of having to sign new paperwork or having to re-do my fingerprints. Evertyime `i do a follow up, they keep giving me a different story. I got a call from a consultant on Thursday to confirm my details, which I confirmed all and she said that it has been approved. I asked how long before the money would reflect in my bank account her response was it depends on the banks but it will be released shortly. I just followed up this morning and firstly was told that there is no record of any loan, after requesting the consultant please check again and giving her the story of when I applied and the back and forth to the branch she came back saying its still be assessed. Now I'm confused, I asked to speak to Manager but instead was transferred three times to different departments including Collections. I phoned the branch at which I applied and the guy is off today, have asked the receptionist to get another consultant to call me back but from previous experience I'm not hopeful. I would like to know what is the delay & when will it be resolved. I'm truly Fed Up!
