OUTSURANCE BILLED ME FOR AN ADDITIONAL R341.94

I sdwitched my home insurance (contents and structural) from Santam to Outsurance with effect from 1 November 2013. I accepted there quotation for a premium of R865.52. On 1/11/2013 I was billed for R341.94 and on 4/11/2013 for R865.52. I emailed Outsurance my request fo treasons why R341.94 was deducted but have to date not received any reply. Kindly assist with this matter.
