Agents call clients snob! killing the brand

I received a call from the team leader, Pearl Maseko. After the call she unfortunately didn't end the call, I overheard in the background someone saying;" I m a snob and I don't have money" in zulu, and ended the call. I than called again and asked for pearl, Kamokgelo Morea, said Pearl left already a minute ago and when I informed her that I just recently called her, she said that Pearl left at 4:30m which is a because I ended the call with her around. 16:30.
I was unaware that I m insured with a company that labels and undermines client at that level.
I was with my fianc? at the time of call, and we had the phone on loud speaker..
