Nina from Outsurance - Outstanding Service!

Nina managed to get my excess back after a vehicle accident I was involved in 18 Months ago which was due and payable by the other party's insurance company. Even after facing many brick walls and delay tactics, Nina did not ever stop trying for me and managed to settle the amount.
