On Sunday 5 Jan 2014 I purchased pre-paid electricity via cellphone banking. A token number followed which I entered into the meter box. The token is not valid and was rejected.
On Monday 6 January I called the call centre number 0860102043 and reported the incident. I was given a reference number 11158913 by Sandile, for my call logged.
No reply, on 8 January I called again, quoted my previous ref number and got a new ref number 11187655 serviced by Vanessa.(who was obviously not happy to help me).
Today is the 10th of Jan 2014, to date I have not received ANY feedback regarding this situation.
I consider strongly to go back to FNB where I have ALWAYS received the best service EVER, and have ALWAYS been treated with respect and dignity.
