OUTSHINE the personality of a sales person

Even thought Robert is in sales he has been one of a help to me. The line i needed help in had nothing to do with sales but yet Robert who is in sales, helped me without any problem. Every single time I phoned or emailed him he responded with a smile on his dial. He never once made it out to be an issue for him in assisting me with anything, like i said my "problem" had nothing to do with sales and yet he helped me from the word go to now.
