Empty promises

I made an application to Blue Oak to assist me in consolidating my debt. After paying the requisite fees and providing the information required and despite promises that I would receive feedback within 48 hours, this has not happened. I originally started the process mid December and it is almost a month later and no feedback has been received! They are artists!!!
