False advertising

I did a quote with outsurance spoke to primrose who derived by a quote exceeding my current insurance premuim. She then offered me a limited insurance of r200 for fire, and third party whereby i already explained how much im paying for comprehensive insurance. They could not better my current insurance but instead of explaining why i dont qualify for the r400 they boasting about giving you if they cant beat your insurance the lady just disconnected the call. This is pathetic services the official was so quick to downgrade my insurance to sign me on. This is false advertising. Such a poor gemic to get customers but they do not forfil what they widely broadcasting. There advertisment is misleading one would think you would benefit from getting a competitive quote/offer but nothing is as it seems or protrayed. Do you guys have no idea about customer protection act - transparency and clear communication and no misleading advertising.
