STILL NO DEVICE almost 8 weeks late

My husband ordered me a Samsung S4 mini from FNB towards the end of November, as well as a laptop for himself. The laptop arrived 2 weeks later, but I still have no S4 mini. We have called numerous times from mid-Dec only to be told that it will be delivered shortly. I then discovered that the order had been incorrectly cancelled, and would be delivered before Christmas. We called on the 24 December and were told that the couriers would only be delivering from 6 Jan. I am incredibly disappointed - everytime we called, the person on the other side said they would call back but they never did... and now we still do not have the phone! FNB asks " How can we help you? " - you can start by delivering a device in the time frame you promised!
