Yesterday morning I received an sms that I am overdue on my credit card with R1300. Quite puzzling as I paid on 20 December and I have a payment arrangement in place. Phoned the call centre and had the displeasure of getting through to Charity Tshabalala. Her tone and manner of speaking to me was off-putting from the start. Apparently there was a misunderstanding from my side and. I was paying R640 a month and not R648. I wasn't aware of this so I will be paying the correct amount going forward. Then she says that I didn't pay in December, she will "bet me a million bucks" that I didn't pay. Really now? I did tell her that she is speaking and she then put the phone down. So, I did pay, you bunch just didn't do the allocation of the money. Oh, and you also took R671 from my savings account. For your mistake!!! I want the money back that was taken off my account and an apology from Charity.
