Stupidity is a curse?
If my ID corresponds and I have a letter pertaining the cars details that is wrong from your system and even a can see what hapend. Why not just adjust from your side and give me a ridiculous refund as we all know you are. But I have now given you even the original purchase document and still you keep my refund hostage???
I will never use Regent again as if no one there has common sense then they are doomed!!!
The policy is in my name, you could just cancel to my request, what the does it matter if the car is mine or I sold it???
