Delayed Charges

Hello FNB, what is wrong with yall, why are there charges that I swiped for within the last 2 weeks going off today and what on earth is available balance vs balance, I expect to know how much is in my account at any time now you are making me spend money that I do not have, how on earth am I suppose to carry on for the rest of the month exactly if my transactions that went through within the last 2 weeks are only getting debited off my account now, you do realise this is going to cause my account to go into overdraft, oh no wait you don't know that because you already reserved funds that should have went off. Also what is the below charge and why would it be on my account??? I will carry complaining here until someone has the decency to at least respond to my complaint on your FNB website.
