I;ve been a happy customer with outsurance for more than ten years and did made certain claim but all small (think at the most 7 and 1 big claim when I reverse my car into a pole. Old years eve my car was broke into and only the small back window was smashed, I phoned the police obtain the case number phoned the call centre came trough very quickly and spoke to a Leon I think who ask all the security questions and the said a supervisor will phone me back (now in my mind why cud he helped me not the 1st time? The supervisor eventually call me back and worked on the claim saying they will phone glasfit for the replace and my access amount on the window will be R598. I was shocked as my premium every month is R700. I told her to cancel the claim and how can I cancel my subscription now the funny part without asking why ii want to cancel her improper response I can transfer you to them now to cancel. Do they really don't need clients if the willing to cancel so quick? I've decided to call glasfit myself to ask how much the small left side window with labour cost they say R700. came to the conclusion THEY ONLY PAYING R102. FROM THERE SIDE, IS THAT FAIR, BACTUALLY THEY PAY NUTIN
